Chempac, S.A. cartoni fillers

Chempac is a simple and cost-effective machine for margarine and fats filling into pails or bag-in-box cartons.

It is composed by three elements:

• Dosing system, built in stainless steel, with precise volumetric control over the block size.
• Resting tube, built in stainless steel, fully water-jacketed, where the product becomes solid.
• Extruding and wrapping machine, controlled by a colour touch screen.

Chempac is able to handle a wide ragne of products, from margarine and butter to other solid edible fats, in containers from 5 to 25 kg.
